Dean Whitney Rebrands as Aericon
Uses name of consulting brand as new corporate moniker
Dean Whitney launched in January as a boutique interactive marketing agency is rebranding itself as Aericon, Inc. The merger provides a larger platform for services and near term growth. Aericon is a marketing consulting firm founded in 2006.
“Rebranding our company as Aericon reflects the growing success of our firm,” said Dean Whitney, the firm’s CEO and co-founder. “The new name reinforces the innovative vision we are known for and establishes a global foundation for maximizing advertiser opportunities.”
Aericon has also worked to forge key relationships. About a month ago, WPP Group’s Mediaedge:cia selected the company for social media operations services.
Beyond the change in nomenclature, the firm has been branching out, stepping up efforts to establish offices in Soa Paulo, Brazil.
Headquartered in Boston with offices in Miami, Aericon services over 35 brands globally.
